LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Blue Star Capital noted the launch of Vortex in Brazil, a decentralised exchange platform incubated by its investee company SatoshiPay, on Wednesday.
The AIM-traded firm said the platform aimed to enhance global payments by bridging stablecoins with local fiat currencies, allowing immediate conversions of USD Coin (USDC) and Tether (USDT) into Brazilian real (BRL) through PIX, Brazil's instant payment system.

It said the launch would enable Vortex to integrate directly with Brazil's financial infrastructure, facilitating real-time transfers of crypto-based stablecoins into BRL.

The board said the move marked a significant step in SatoshiPay's expansion.

At 0956 GMT, shares in Blue Star Capital were up 5.07% at 7.88p.
