Goodwin shares surge on profit upgrade, special dividend

(Sharecast News) - Shares in Goodwin surged by 36% on Monday after the engineering firm said it expected to at least double annual profits on the back of a strong order book and said it would also pay a special one-off interim dividend of 532p a share.

(Sharecast News) - Goodwin's stock price surged on Wednesday after the engineering conglomerate reported a big increase in activity and announced a "major" collaboration agreement with US defence group Northrop Grumman International Trading Inc. (NGIT).
