LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Naked Wines revealed on Thursday that non-executive chair Jack Pailing had acquired 58,810 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed online wine retailer.
Pailing, who joined Naked Wines as a non-executive director in July 2023, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 79.58p each, for a total value of £46,801.

Following the purchase, Pailing holds a total beneficial interest in 798,464 ordinary Naked Wines shares, representing approximately 1.11% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1525 BST, Naked Wines shares were down 5.95% at 79p.
