Workspace offloads three assets for £41.7m

(Sharecast News) - Flexible offices provider Workspace announced on Wednesday that it has completed the disposal of a portfolio of three assets for £41.7m, in line with its September 2025 valuation and at a net initial yield of 7.9%.

(Sharecast News) - Workspace Group shares fell on Tuesday after the company reported half-year results that showed further pressure on occupancy and portfolio valuations, even as management said operational progress was being made under its new 'fix, accelerate and scale' strategy.

Workspace inks 20-year lease, investment deal with Qube

(Sharecast News) - Workspace Group announced on Wednesday that it has signed a 20-year lease agreement with specialist flexible workspace operator Qube for 32,000 square feet at The Old Dairy in Shoreditch, as part of a new strategic partnership aimed at capturing demand from London's fast-growing creative and content industries.
