(Sharecast News) - Hospitality real estate firm PPHE Hotel Group has launched a strategic review aimed at maximising value for shareholders, with options on the table including fresh growth capital, portfolio actions, or a potential sale of all or part of the group.

(Sharecast News) - Hospitality real estate PPHE Hotel Group has entered into an agreement to refinance its existing loan with Aareal Bank AG in relation to Park Plaza London Riverbank.

PPHE Hotel's largest shareholders consider stake sale, shares surge

(Sharecast News) - The two biggest shareholders in PPHE Hotel Group confirmed on Friday that they plan to hold "a small handful" of meetings with financial investors about a range of potential options which include contributing growth capital and a potential "partial monetisation" of their stakes.
