LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Midwich Group revealed on Thursday that finance director Stephen Lamb had acquired 4,901 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed audio-visual distributor.
Lamb, who joined the group in July 2018, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 407.76p each, for a total value of £19,984.32.

Following the transaction, Lamb holds 43,791 ordinary Midwich shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the company's issued share capital.

In September, Midwich Group reported a robust first-half financial performance, even amid challenging market conditions. Midwich said revenue for the six months ended 30 June increased 7.4% to £610.4m, up from £568.4m in the same period last year.

As of 1610 BST, Midwich shares were up 3.13% at 414.0p.
