Kore Potash raises $12.2m to settle debt, meet costs

(Sharecast News) - Kore Potash raised $12.2m (£9.2m) through a direct subscription of new shares to existing and new institutional investors, it announced on Thursday, providing funding to advance its Sintoukola potash project in the Republic of Congo and to cover working capital needs over the next year.

(Sharecast News) - Kore Potash reported a narrowed first-half loss on Friday, and said it had made significant progress on advancing its flagship Kola project in the Republic of Congo, including securing a fixed-price construction contract and signing non-binding funding term sheets for the $2.2bn development.

(Sharecast News) - Record announced on Wednesday that its Record Asset Management subsidiary, through joint venture OWI-RAMS with One World Impact Partners, has signed non-binding term sheets to provide the full $2.2bn funding required for the development of the Kola Potash Project in the Republic of Congo.
