(Sharecast News) - GlobalData reported a 12% rise in revenue to £156.5m for the first half of 2025 on Tuesday, and announced a £60m tender offer to return surplus capital to shareholders, as it pressed ahead with its growth transformation plan and prepared to move to a main market listing.
