Founded in 1913, the company posted revenues of more than $4bn for 2003. Clorox’s principal products include bleach, household cleaners, salad dressings and other flavourings, and brands such as Clorox Bleach, Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing, Brita water-filtration systems and Glad plastic bags.
