KR1 Overview

KR1 plc (the “Company”) is a public company limited by shares incorporated in the Isle of Man. The Company was originally incorporated on 6 January 2006 under the Isle of Man Companies Act 1931 to 2004 with company number 115234C under the name “Guild Acquisitions plc” and subsequently changed its name to “Kryptonite 1 plc” on 26 September 2016.
