LMP Overview

LondonMetric is a FTSE 250 REIT that owns and manages desirable real estate that meets occupiers demands and delivers reliable, repetitive and growing income-led returns and outperforms over the long term. As a real estate owner, we look to help occupiers, communities and stakeholders grow, thrive and revitalise in an evolving and complex world.LondonMetric was formed from a merger of London & Stamford Property and Metric Property Investments in 2013. It has since grown assets under management from £1.2bn to £3.6bn and pivoted the portfolio into distribution and long income assets through a significant number of sales and acquisitions.
