Morgan Stanley reiterates 'underweight' on PageGroup, slashes price target

(Sharecast News) - Morgan Stanley reiterated its 'underweight' rating on PageGroup on Tuesday and slashed the price target, as it "neutralised" its rating on recruitment peer Hays to 'equalweight' from 'underweight'.
