LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Dunelm revealed on Friday that chief financial officer Karen Witts had acquired 8,375 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed retailer.

Witts, who was appointed to the role of CFO in June 2022, purchased the shares at an average price of 1,126.0p each, for a total value of £94,302.50.

Following the transaction, Witts holds a beneficial interest in 41,824 ordinary Dunelm shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1635 GMT, Dunelm shares were up 1.44% at 1,127.0p.
