The Company announces that it repurchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1106.92 pence per share.


 


Following the transaction, the Company holds 111,638,036 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 169,995,874 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
