Inchcape to buy Bulgaria's Silver Star

(Sharecast News) - Automotive distributor Inchcape said on Friday that it has agreed to buy Silver Star, the official distributor of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and Daimler trucks and buses in Bulgaria, for an undisclosed sum.

(Sharecast News) - Inchcape reiterated its full-year guidance on Thursday after first-quarter revenue growth came in line with management expectations, supported by distribution contract wins, market share gains and strength in the Americas and Europe and Africa.

Inchcape shares slump on lower volume forecast

(Sharecast News) - Shares in Inchcape fell on Tuesday after the UK car dealer expected 2026 organic volume growth to be at the lower end of forecasts due to ongoing challenges in the Asia-Pacific market, especially in the premium segment.
