(Sharecast News) - Mobico shares rocketed on Thursday after the National Express owner posted better-than-expected full-year adjusted operating profit, mainly due to a record performance in Alsa, with strong end of year trading in Spain.

(Sharecast News) - Mobico surged on Wednesday after confirming that subsidiary National Express is in the advanced stages of reaching a comprehensive agreement in principle with five German public transport authorities (PTAs) to realign contract terms for rail transport services in North Rhine-Westphalia and adjacent regions.

Mobico on track to reach lower end of profit guidance

(Sharecast News) - Mobico Group said in an update on Wednesday that it remains on track to meet its full-year profit guidance, despite weaker trading in the UK, as it presses ahead with a large-scale cost reduction programme and opts not to redeem its perpetual bond.
