(Sharecast News) - Citi upgraded Weir Group on Monday to 'buy' from 'neutral' and lifted the price target to 2,900p from 2,130p as it highlighted two core elements to its 'buy' case.

Weir expands NA footprint with £111m acquisition of Townley

(Sharecast News) - Mining technology firm Weir Group said on Wednesday that it has agreed to buy US-based Townley, a manufacturer of high-quality engineered products for minerals processing, for around £111m.
