LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Shearwater's group company, Brookcourt Solutions, has secured a multi-million pound contract to provide security and cyber security services for a "leading" FTSE 100 global financial institution.
Under the terms of the contract, Brookcourt has been commissioned to deliver renewed support for a critical part of the organisation's global security infrastructure over a three-year period. Brookcourt will also implement a security solution utilising technology partner software, which will help defend the financial institution and its clients against "the increasing onslaught of advanced threats from the internet".

Chief executive officer Phil Higgins said: "We are delighted to continue our relationship with a leading global financial institution, which now extends to over 12 years.

"This contract win reflects our commitment to long-term partnerships and is a testament to the quality of our managed security services, and the applicability of Brookcourt's security solutions within some of the most technically and regulatory demanding settings."

At 1140 BST, the shares were flat at 1.88p.
