Director dealings: REI insiders invest, Chesnara CFO exercises options

(Sharecast News) - Two of the director disclosures made to the London market on Tuesday saw Real Estate Investors chief executive Paul Bassi and finance director Marcus Daly buy shares in the company, while Chesnara finance chief Tom Howard exercised options and sold shares to cover tax obligations.

Berenberg raises target price on Chesnara

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Berenberg raised their target price on insurance firm Chesnara from 339p to 373p on Tuesday as they updated their figures to reflect its recent acquisition of HSBC Life (UK).

RBC Capital Markets lowers target price on Chesnara

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at RBC Capital Markets slightly lowered their target price on pensions and investment firm Chesnara from 370p to 360p on Wednesday, but raised its operating capital generation forecasts following the firm's FY25 earnings.
