Lexington Gold signs deal to sell US interests to GoldOz

(Sharecast News) - Lexington Gold said on Wednesday that it had signed a conditional agreement to sell its principal US gold project interests to GoldOz, in a deal intended to support GoldOz's proposed re-listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.
