LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Animalcare Group revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Nicholas Downshire had disposed of 33,409 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed pharmaceutical firm.
Downshire, who has been with Animalcare since 2008, sold the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 300.0p each, for a total value of £100,227.

Back in March, Animalcare said revenues had slid 0.9% to £70.5m in the twelve months ended 31 December, while underlying earnings fell 8% to £12.1m. However, the firm did swing to a statutory pre-tax profit of £200,000 from the prior year's loss of £1.6m.

As of 1620 BST, Animalcare shares were down 0.33% at 303.0p.
