LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Robert Robertson, a non-executive director at Blackcrock´s Smaller Companies Trust, picked up 5,000 shares at an individual price of 901p, for a total consideration of £45,050.


The transaction was carried out on 28 of October, the trust said in a statement.

Three days before the vehicle unveiled an 8.8% rise in its net asset value per share for the six months ending on 31 August to 1,079.28p.

Estimated with debt at fair value the trust finished the reporting period at a discount of 16.3%, up from 10.1% as of 31 August 2015, and was sporting a dividend yield of 2.1%, up from the 1.6% which was an offer at the end of the prior-year period.
