Essentra posts improvement in revenue, earnings

(Sharecast News) - Essentra reported a 9% increase in first-half revenue to £166.1m on Tuesday, with like-for-like growth of 7.8%, while adjusted operating profit rose 9.7% to £18.1m and the adjusted operating margin edged up to 10.9% from 10.8%.

Essentra trading in line, announces acquisition of Boteco

(Sharecast News) - Essentra said in an update on Wednesday that trading in the first four months of 2026 was in line with expectations, as it announced the acquisition of Italian mechanical components maker Boteco for an initial €7.4m.
