Clarksons' Tim Miller to step down at 2027 AGM

(Sharecast News) - Shipping services provider Clarksons announced a forthcoming board change on Thursday, with independent non‑executive director Tim Miller set to step down at the end of the group's 2027 annual general meeting, choosing not to stand for re‑election after nine years on the board.
