(Sharecast News) - Oil and gas industry supplier Hunting said on Tuesday that it had delivered good year-on-year underlying earnings growth in H125, leading the group to propose a $40.0m share buyback.

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Berenberg lowered their target price on oil and gas industry suppler Hunting from 480.0p to 465.0p on Tuesday after it acquired Flexible Engineered Solutions £50.0m in cash.

(Sharecast News) - Hunting announced the acquisition of Flexible Engineered Solutions Group (FES), a UK-based provider of fluid transfer systems for offshore oil, gas and renewable energy markets, in a £50m all-cash deal aimed at accelerating its push into subsea technologies on Tuesday.
