(Sharecast News) - Shares in Thor Energy spiked higher on Monday after the mining company expressed confidence after the recent restructure of its portfolio, even as interim losses more than doubled.

(Sharecast News) - Thor Energy announced on Friday that it has been awarded two new Regulated Substance Exploration Licence Applications in South Australia's onshore Otway Basin, significantly expanding its natural hydrogen and helium footprint through a 50-50 joint venture with H2EX.

Thor Energy agrees to sell 75pc stake in Molyhil Project JV

(Sharecast News) - Thor Energy announced on Tuesday that it has agreed a term sheet to sell its 75% stake in the FRAM joint venture, which owns the Molyhil tungsten, molybdenum and copper project in Australia's Northern Territory, to ASX-listed Tivan for AUD 8.75m.
