LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - CentralNic Group announced that it has officially rebranded to Team Internet Group on Wednesday, following a decision subject to shareholder approval, first reported on 4 September.

The AIM-traded firm said its ticker on the London Stock Exchange would remain the same at TIG.

In addition to its branding announcement, Team Internet Group said its interim report for the nine months ended 30 September was set for imminent publication.

"Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name," Team Internet said in its announcement.

"Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued."

Team Internet said it would publish its unaudited interim report for the nine months ended 30 September on 13 November.

At 1229 BST, shares in Team Internet Group were flat at 122.6p.
