LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - The Board of Vela Technologies, the investing company, announced the sale of 10,000 common shares in BTL Group, on 28 November 2017, at a price of approximately CAD$8.20 per share.




Those shares, according to Vela, would generate net proceeds close to $82,000, providing additional working capital and enabling it to take advantage of further investment opportunities as and when they arise.

Operating from Canada and the UK, BTL Group develops and invests in blockchain technology, offering blockchain solutions to businesses across multiple industries, in particular the finance, energy and gaming sectors.
