LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Telematics and data insight provider Trakm8 has been awarded a contract extension with supermarket giant Sainsbury's JS Information Systems unit.
Trakm8 said the original contract, which was announced on 3 July 2020, was now extended through to 31 December 2024, with an option granted to Sainsbury's to extend for one further year.

The AIM-listed group said it will continue to provide slot booking and delivery scheduling/route optimisation algorithm services via its API into Sainsbury's integrated home delivery solution. T

Executive chairman John Watkins said: "This contract extension highlights the great work that Sainsbury's and Trakm8 have collaborated on to deliver an excellent home delivery solution. It is an important part of our current and future years' fleet revenues."

As of 1045 BST, Trakm8 shares were up 0.14% at 14.02p.
