LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Woodbois revealed on Monday that chairman Miles Pelham had acquired 1m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed timber trading firm.
Hong Kong-based Pelham, who took over as chairman back in April 2016, purchased the shares during the previous session, on Friday, at an average price of 6.75p each, for a total value of £67,500.
As of 1620 BST, Woodbois shares had shot up 12.11% to 7.29p.
