Chariot regains full control of Moroccan offshore interests

(Sharecast News) - Chariot announced on Wednesday that it has regained full control of its Moroccan offshore interests after Energean transferred its stakes in the Lixus and Rissana licences back to the company, restoring it as operator with a 75% working interest in both blocks.

Energean completes farm-of Morocco licences with Chariot

(Sharecast News) - Energean announced on Wednesday that it has finalised its farm-in to Chariot's offshore acreage in Morocco, after obtaining all the necessary approvals from the Moroccan authorities.
