(Sharecast News) - Kroger reported fourth-quarter earnings that exceeded Wall Street expectations on Thursday, although America's largest grocer also delivered full-year 2025 guidance that came in slightly below analyst forecasts.

(Sharecast News) - US supermarket chain Kroger said on Monday that chairman and chief executive Rodney McMullen has resigned after a board investigation found that his personal conduct was "inconsistent" with the company's "policy on business ethics".
