LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Communication and radiofrequency technology specialist MTI Wireless Edge announced the establishment of the MTI Wireless Communication India subsidiary on Friday.
The AIM-traded firm said the move was a strategic response to surging demand for cutting-edge antennas in India's rapidly-evolving 5G cellular market.

It said MTI Wireless Communication India would offer a range of specialised antenna solutions tailored to the unique demands of 5G networks.

"We are thrilled to establish MTI Wireless Communication India and contribute to India's ambitious 5G journey," said chief executive officer Moni Borovitz.

"We are eager to continue to support India's telecom operators, enterprises, and industries in deploying high-performance 5G networks across the nation."

At 1540 BST, shares in MTI Wireless Edge were up 6.92% at 45.44p.
