LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - AIM-listed Thalassa Holding confirmed on Wednesday that it is in discussions with an interested party regarding the potential disposal and/or partial disposal of one or both of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, WGP Group and Autonomous Robotics Limited.
Given the nature of the discussions the board has decided to suspend the share buyback programme that was authorised on 20 January.

"The board would like to make it clear that these discussions are at a preliminary stage and may or may not lead to binding agreement(s) being entered into," it said.

At 1322 BST, the shares were up 8.1% to 63.79p.
