(Sharecast News) - Vast Resources announced on Thursday that it has raised £2m through a share placing to strengthen its balance sheet, repay part of its debt, and advance preparations to restart operations at its Romanian mines.

(Sharecast News) - Vast Resources said in an update on Monday that it plans to begin initial tenders for its long-awaited diamond parcels this month, as the AIM-traded miner pushed ahead with efforts to maximise the value of stones recovered under a historic settlement while continuing a strategic review of its Romanian operations.

(Sharecast News) - Mining company Vast Resources announced on Monday that it has raised gross proceeds of £2.71m by way of a subscription for 60.57m new ordinary shares and a placing of 714.28m new ordinary shares at a price of 0.35p.
