Goldplat profits fall amid regulatory changes in Ghana

(Sharecast News) - Goldplat reported a sharp fall in profit for the year ended 30 June on Monday, after changes to its operating model in Ghana reduced volumes, though the AIM-traded precious metals recovery group said it maintained profitable trading and increased cash generation.

(Sharecast News) - Goldplat reported a strong start to its financial year on Friday, posting higher operating profit in the first quarter ended 30 September and declaring an interim dividend, as improved material supply and a higher gold price lifted performance across its recovery operations in South Africa and Ghana.
