(Sharecast News) - London estate agent Foxtons backed its full-year expectations on Thursday but posted a sharp decline in first-quarter sales revenue, pointing to a "more challenging" market backdrop.

(Sharecast News) - High street estate agency chain Foxtons said it is "repositioning" its sales business for lower expected buyer activity in 2026, but still expects both revenue and profit growth this year, bolstered by a resilient lettings market.

(Sharecast News) - Foxtons Group announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire Birmingham-based lettings agency FleetMilne as it pushes to expand non-cyclical, recurring lettings earnings and enter the UK's second-largest city for the first time.
