Perrigo to buy HRA Pharma in $2.1bn deal

(Sharecast News) - Perrigo has agreed to buy HRA Pharma, a global consumer self-care company, from funds affiliated with private equity firm Astorg and Goldman Sachs Asset Management in a $2.1bn deal.
