(Sharecast News) - Norcros said in an update on Wednesday that it delivered a resilient trading performance in the first quarter of its financial year, with revenue modestly ahead of the prior year and full-year expectations remaining unchanged.

Norcros agrees to acquire Norwegian firm Fibo

(Sharecast News) - Norcros announced on Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Fibo Holding, a leading Norwegian supplier of waterproof decorative wall panels, in a deal valued at NOK 618m (£45m).
