(Sharecast News) - Hospitality real estate firm PPHE Hotel Group said on Wednesday that both revenue and room rates had continued to improve in the three months ended 31 March, driven by demand across the group's London portfolio.

(Sharecast News) - PPHE Hotel Group said it had reached agreement with Israel's Bank Hapoalim on a £136.45m loan to fund the acquisition of the freehold interest in Park Plaza London Waterloo.
