Transaction in Own Shares

Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a recognised leader in proactive healthy longevity, product innovation, development, and commercialisation within the global consumer healthcare sector, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 30 September 2025, the Company has purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a volume weighted average price of 65.97 pence per Ordinary Share through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish").

The Ordinary Shares acquired will be held as treasury shares.

Aggregated Information

Following the repurchase of the Ordinary Shares and also the admission of the 201,500 new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the exercise of share options that was announced on 21 December 2025, Venture Life will have 128,253,812 Ordinary Shares in issue, including 1,163,989 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 127,089,823. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
