LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - XLMedia revealed on Tuesday that chief executive David King had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed digital media company.
King, who took over as CEO back in July, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 17.0p each, for a total value of £17,000.

As of 1625 GMT, XLMedia shares were up 1.46% at 17.0p.
