(Sharecast News) - Tekcapital portfolio company Innovative Eyewear reported record preliminary unaudited sales growth in 2025, it reported on Wednesday, as it also announced that senior management intend to buy shares in the US-listed business.

(Sharecast News) - Tekcapital said Thursday that its portfolio company Guident has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock on Nasdaq under the ticker GDNT.
