80 Mile ups stake in Hydrogen Valley

(Sharecast News) - 80 Mile raised its stake in Hydrogen Valley to 49%, it announced on Wednesday, after renegotiating the terms of its stage three option, while its subsidiary Greenswitch signed a memorandum of understanding with Tecnoparco Valbasento for the potential supply of up to 40,000 tonnes of biofuel per year.

Metals One terminates deal to buy FinnAust Finland from 80 Mile

(Sharecast News) - 80 Mile announced on Tuesday that it has reached a settlement agreement with Metals One to terminate the planned sale of its Finnish subsidiary FinnAust Mining Finland, while also cancelling future share-based consideration linked to a previous asset transaction.

(Sharecast News) - Metals One announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire FinnAust Mining Finland from 80 Mile, securing ownership of the Hammaslahti Copper-Zinc and Outokumpu Copper projects in Finland.
