LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Infrastructure group Balfour Beatty has completed the sale of US subsidiary Heery International to CBRE Group.
Balfour earlier in October agreed the $57m cash sale of Heery International, its full-service US engineering and programme management, architecture and interior design firm, before year end.
The company originally acquired a 50% interest in Heery in 1986, bumped up to 100% in 1990.
