Director dealings: Melrose Industries non-executive director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Melrose Industries revealed on Friday that non-executive director Mary Petryszyn had acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed aerospace manufacturer.

Intertek rejects EQT's sweetened £8.9bn offer, shares slide

(Sharecast News) - Intertek on Friday rejected Swedish private equity group EQT's sweetened £8.93bn offer saying it "significantly undervalues" the company, adding that it was still committed to a spinoff or demerger of its energy & infrastructure division.
