Gulf Marine Services keeps outlook despite Q1 profit slump

(Sharecast News) - Gulf Marine Services reported a 24% drop in operating profits over the first quarter after having to evacuate four of its vessels in the Gulf as a result of the Iran war, though the company still maintained its guidance for the full year.

Berenberg hikes target price on Synthomer

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Berenberg hiked their target price on chemicals business Synthomer from 60p to 100p on Wednesday as it said the firm had received "some big, although temporary support" from Iran-linked raw material shortages at Asian peers.

Vanquis on track after first quarter profit
