Update on Ordinary and ZDP Share Buy backs

Further to the announcement made by EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") on 16 October 2025, the Company announces that it does not intend to complete any further purchases of the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") or zero dividend preference shares ("ZDP Shares"). The Company will announce any future intention to purchase Ordinary Shares or ZDP Shares in due course.

Since 16 October 2025, the Company has purchased 436,106 Ordinary Shares and 1,458,628 ZDP Shares.

During 2025, the Company has purchased 1,819,893 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate, representing 6.2% of the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, at the start of the period.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 27,779,967. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury is 7,134,600.

The number of ZDP Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury is 8,041,372. The number of ZDP Shares held by the Company in treasury is 11,958,628.
