(Sharecast News) - Eco Atlantic reported a widened full-year net loss of $7.5m on Thursday, compared with $2.3m a year earlier, while year-end cash more than doubled to $10.7m following a $10m equity raise.

Eco Atlantic gets Namibian approval for Lamda farm-out assignment

(Sharecast News) - Eco Atlantic said on Monday that it had received Namibian ministerial approval for the Section 11 assignment tied to the farm-out of its 85% participating interest in offshore licence PEL 98 to Lamda Energy.

Eco Atlantic to acquire rest of JHI Associates

(Sharecast News) - Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas said on Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire the remaining shares in JHI Associates in a transaction valued at up to about $52.3m, giving the company full ownership of assets in the North Falkland Basin and offshore Guyana.
