Touchstone brings two Trinidad wells into production

(Sharecast News) - Touchstone Exploration said on Thursday that two development wells on its WD-8 block in Trinidad and Tobago had been brought into production, while work continued on boosting gas output capacity at Cascadura.

Touchstone raises £6.3m in private placing, plans retail offer

(Sharecast News) - Touchstone Exploration said on Friday that it has conditionally raised £6.32m through a private placing of new shares, and planned to raise up to a further £0.68m via a retail offer to existing shareholders, with proceeds earmarked to fund its revised 2025 capital programme and meet obligations under its loan agreement with Republic Bank.

Touchstone deliviers first update on Trinidad's Central Block

(Sharecast News) - Touchstone Exploration delivered its first operational update on the Central Block asset in Trinidad and Tobago since acquiring the licence in mid-May on Monday, reporting quarter-on-quarter production growth and steady revenue generation underpinned by LNG-linked pricing.
